It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Essig of Lamberton, Minnesota, who passed away on July 5, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though John may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlowe Essig and Cheryl Essig (Yackel); and his brother William "Bill" Essig. He is survived by: his sisters, Sue Stoutland (Jeff) and Jo Creighton (Paul); his nephews, Justin Essig, Joshua Essig, Jacob Creighton, Ryan Creighton, Joey Stoutland and Dan Stoutland; and his niece Kelly Essig.
