It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Joseph Stepka of Lakeville, Minnesota, who passed away on July 18, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Jane; his parents, Thomas Stepka and Avis Stepka; his siblings, Mary Lou Johnson and Joseph Stepka; and his brothers-in-law, Ray Janovsky and Chuck Trimble.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Yetzer (Greg), Paul Stepka (Kathy) and Beth Ryan (Bill); his grandchildren, Jacob Yetzer, Rebekah Metzdorff (Jeff), Anne Crain (Dan), Elizabeth Spehar (Luke), Jennifer Lohrmann (Andy), Kallie Smuda (Jacob), Thomas Ryan and Kaitlyn Ryan (Christian Akers); his great grandchildren, Daniella, Andrew, Jacob, Joseph, Jane, Mary, Josie, Lucy, Olivia, Georgia, Kenley and Maryn; and his siblings, Ross Janovsky and Ann Trimble. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be donated to St. Jude's Hospital.
