He is survived by: his parents, Terry Lundberg and Bette Lundberg; his children, Soren, Dane, Annabelle and Finn; his siblings, John (Cheryl), Joy Kuebler (Philip), Eric (Lisa), Teresa Black (Shawn) and Luke (Karli); and his former wife Nikole Stolfa (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
