He was predeceased by: his mother Hulda Emma Luebbert (Ohrenberg); his wife Mary Jo Luebbert (Moyer); his mother Hazel Bargfrede (Berry); his siblings, Willis Luebbert, Merle Luebbert, Betty Jean Meyer (Luebbert), Albert Luebbert, Bill Stephens, Bob Stephens and Joyce Eacock (Stephens); and his great grandchild Katie Marie Luebbert.
He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Ann Royer (Luebbert), Ray Luebbert, Mary Ann Lindauer (Luebbert), Ruby Jean Parson (Luebbert), Judy Mae Thomsen (Luebbert) and Martha Ann Clark (Luebbert); his children, Rick Luebbert (Shari), Shelly Smith (Bryan) and Amy Levine (Eric); and his grandchildren, Ben Luebbert (Stephanie), Rachelle Collins (Sean), Rob Luebbert (Tammy), Jonathan Levine, Adam Smith and Morgan Smith. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
