Rena Locke Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rena Locke of Lakeville, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2024 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rena Locke to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Locke; her son-in-law Thomas Barenbaum; her parents, Rose Grossman and Lewis Grossman; and her parents-in-law, Jacob and Bettie Locke.

She is survived by: her children, Missy Locke Barenbaum and Alex Locke (Chad); her granddaughter Olivia Barenbaum; her siblings, Barb Shapiro (Jeff), Jim Grossman (Lisa Swaiman) and Jennifer Grossman; and her sisters-in-law, Cathy Smalec and Peggy Locke.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at 5225 Barry St. W.. A shiva was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 17701 Glacier Wy, Lakeville, MN 55044.
