He was predeceased by: his adoptive father Kenneth (Luanna Fernholz). He is survived by: his wife Karen Fernholz (Ward); his sons, Andrew Fernholz (Lurleen), Daniel Fernholz (Jen) and Jonathan Fernholz (Kristy); and his grandchildren, Tanner Fuchs, Mackenzie Fernholz and Evan Luhman.
