He is survived by: his wife Meredith (Reisinger); his siblings, Lenny (Sandy) and Katherine'Kate'Johnson; his siblings-in-law, Cathy, Katie Oaks, Myra (Ricky), Buck (Carolyn) and Jeff (Julie); and his nieces and nephews, Hannah Rose Johnson, Jack Johnson, Melissa (Brad), Michael (Katie), Maria (Lucas), Lisa (Don), Joe (Rachael), Chad, Reed, Jayson (Phil), Cole (Jeanna), Nick, Kirsty (Kyle), Kylea (Andrew) and Christopher. He is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews, family, and amazing friends.
