She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Chlan and Agnus Chlan; her grandmother Mary; her siblings, Joseph, Julia, Laddie, James, Agnes and Francis; her husband Stephen Sirek; and her daughter-in-law Leanne (Emmett).
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan, Sandra Fisher (Christopher), Annette Gray (Gary), Pamela Tornio (Robert) and Linda Wicklund (Carl); and her grandchildren, Amy (Paul), Nicole (Scot), Jennifer, Jacob (Amy), Adam (Krissy), Melissa, Michelle, Jessica (Steve), Stephen Jr., Stephanie (William), Jamie Lee, Amanda (Kyle), Bryttni (Dustin), Mitchell (Melanie), Levi (Karley), Nikolas and Abigail. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
