He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Skaggs and Kandi Lindaas (Robert); his grandchildren, James Skaggs (Amy), Samantha Larson, Elizabeth Conley (Brandon) and Kevin Anthony; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Audrey Skaggs, Jackson, Ellie, Maddox Larson and Valerie Conley; and his siblings, Bonnie Siebert and Thomas Bates (Patricia).
