She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludmila Kukacka and Harry Kukacka; her husband John Marek; her close friend Leander Wagner; her son Steve; and her siblings, Elmer and Elaine.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Piker (Alan), LuAnn Bernard (Edgar), Monica Bellows (Mark), Duane Marek (Karen) and Mary Ryker (Mark); and her brother Jerome Kukacka (Jeanette). She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
