We bid farewell to Darwin John Lochner of Lakeville, Minnesota, born in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 19, 2024 at the age of 89. Darwin John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lochner and Emma Lochner (Weilage); his stepmother Lula Lochner; and his siblings, Myron Lochner and Arlene Schinkel.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Mittelstadt; his children, Alan Lochner (Jan) of Spring Grove, Gary Lochner (Beth) of Eagan, Cheryl Lochner-Wright (Doug) of Eau Claire, WI, Nancy Howard (Chris) of Farmington and Susan Atkinson (Shaun) of Lodi, WI; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Kevin, Rachel and Sarah Lochner; and his children, Ben, Lucas Lochner-Wright, Emma, Sam Howard and Leah Atkinson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Darwin and Karen Lochner Scholarship at JWP High School.
