He is survived by: his children, Lori Winiecki (Tony) and Jason Bentson (Nicholle Durkee); his grandchildren, Blake (Alyssa), Heidi, Kate, Ellie and Jack; his great grandchild Riley; his former wife Janice Bentson; and his sisters-in-law, Solveig Bentson and Sharoyl Bean. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, family prefers memorials are sent to the National Veterans Foundation.
