She is survived by: her husband Steve Cammack; her children, Jennifer Lepak (Randy), Jeremy Bowden (Heidi), Chad Cammack (Ria) and Megan Hins (Trevor); and her grandchildren, Talon, Peyton Bowden, Riley, Austin, Makenzie, Ethan Lepak, Bobby, Daisy Cammack, Kale, Lily and Willow Hins.
