He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Kustrich and Jeannette Kustrich (Florence); and his sisters, Sharron and Katherine. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Porotko; his children, Vincent Kustrich (Kristin), Elizabeth Flanum (Jeffrey) and Christopher Kustrich; his grandchildren, Jacob (Hannah), Shannon, Allyson, Bode, Madilyn, Kyle and Austin; and his siblings, Kris Callinan (Kevin) and Susan Kustrich.
