Laurel Hirte Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurel Hirte of Lakeland, Minnesota, who passed away on November 12, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Steve "Snappy"; her parents, Reuben Schmugge and Norma Schmugge; and her sister Linda. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Betz (Brian); her grandsons, Cameron and Jaeden; her siblings, Mark (Paula), Jon Schmugge (Karen) and Wendy Hinz (Glen); and her brother-in-law Terry Hirte (Ann). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Laurie always looked forward to her class reunions, her 55th this past summer was unfortunately canceled due to Covid.
In lieu of flowers, memorial preferred.
