He is survived by: his wife Donna Kain (Cushman); his children, Kirk, Kevin Kain, Kelly Reed and Karla Mackins; his stepchildren, Bob, Dennis Goodchild and Deb Mueller; his children-in-law, Mark Reed, Ruben Acosta, Billy Mackins and Cynthia Kain; his grandchildren, Adam, Ariel Reed, Jordan, Kobe Mackins, Bryce, Brett, Braelynn Kain, AJ Oliver, Michael, Meredith Matson, Holly and Shane Mueller; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Walker Reed, Adaline, Odessa Kvam, Avery Oliver, Grace, Luke Kain, Edin Vigdal, Ava Avaro and Jonas Munoz; his sister Sharon Myers of Flagstaff, AZ; and his former wife Janice Kain (Goodchild).
