He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lev and Grace Lev (Johnson); his wife Donna; and his brothers, Darrell, Bob and Cecil.
He is survived by: his children, Richard, Kevin Lev (Heidi) of Lakefield, Debra Benes (Steven) of Jackson and Lori Leighty (Mark) of Minneota Township; and his sisters, Evonne Place of Lakefield, Patricia Svobda of Lakefield and Diane Palmer of Lakefield. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
