It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pearl Ann Swanson of Lakefield, Minnesota, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Pearl Ann Swanson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry J. Grein and Lily Grein (Vestweber); her husband Irvin Swanson; her daughter Victoria; and her brothers, Arnold, Earl, Vernon and Dale Grein.
She is survived by: her children, Kurt Swanson (Myleen) of Lakefield, Lee Swanson (Rhonda) of Lakefield, Jean Bass (David) of Lakefield and Debra Burmeister (Joel) of Lakefield; her siblings, Ione Gehrls, Caroleen Kelly (Fred) and Melvin Grein; and her grandchildren, April, Angela, Amber, Kurt Jr., John, Jennifer, Joel, Charlene, Joshua, Jordan, Shaun, Ashley, Karissa, Landon, Devin and Kody. She is also survived by 42 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She also enjoyed volunteering for the Food Shelf and was proud to have donated 5 gallons of blood at the bloodmobile.
