He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Bixby and Shelby Bixby (Krissy); his grandchildren, Letty, Kaydence, Leilana and Shelby Jr.; his siblings, Lisa Forde, Nathan Schadt and Sara Browen; and also Brenna Dycus.
