She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lucht and Minnie Lucht (Guritz); her husband Bernard Wayne Pettit; her brothers, Clarence, Albert, Julius, Irvin, Laverne and Marvin; her sons-in-law, David Pearson and Tom Martens; and her grandson William "Bill" Martens.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Pearson of Prescott, Donna Pettit of Lakefield, John Pettit of Windom and Marlene Martens of Lakefield, Minnesota; her granddaughters, Angela Hanson (Tate), Lillian Martens and Kristina Brockman (Drew); and her great grandchildren, Henry, Tessa Hanson, Levi Steffanson, Carson Raveling, Aiyana and George Brockman.
