She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sparrow and Enah Sparrow (Anderson); her husband Warren Heazlett; her siblings, Delora, Alvia, Maxine, MaryAnn, Ruth, William and Edward; and her granddaughter Yana Baas.

She is survived by: her children, Harold Heazlett (Chris), Eva Spence (Phil), Kent Heazlett (Carol) and Gayle Heazlett. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
