She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Hans and Lydia Mattilda Antonia Hamann (Gentz); her husband Roger Wedeking; her sister Dolores Dicks; her great-grandparents, Hans Hamann and Olga Meir; her uncle Alvin; and her son-in-law John O'Connor.
She is survived by: her children, John Wedeking of Lakefield, Victor Wedeking (Lynette) of Valley Springs, Gene Wedeking of Lakefield, Kathy Poelaert (Dennis) of Lakefield, Ronald Wedeking (Kay) of Lakefield and Lori O'Connor of Jackson; her grandchildren, Danielle Wedeking, Hannah Wedeking, Matthew Wedeking, Mark Wedeking, Shawna Diemer (Fred), Brittany Poelaert, Cody Poelaert (Megan), Jesse Malchow (Melissa Osterberg), Jared O'Connor and Kayla O'Connor; and her great grandchildren, Clay, Cade Malchow and Hunter James Poelaert.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Sunset Hospice Cottage in Worthington are preferred.
