Carlyle Stender Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlyle Stender of Lakefield, Minnesota, born in Heron Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on March 10, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Stender and Anna Stender (Reder); and his siblings, Gilda Burmeister, Dorothy Dugstad, Alvin Stender and Norman Stender.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Levell; his children, Karla Gartzke (Brad) and Kerry Stender (Lisa); his grandchildren, Kayla Vos (Kyle), Nathan Stender (Jackie) and Taylar Deziel (Daniel); his brother Willis Stender; and his sister-in-law Nancy Hansen. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
