He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Ziemann and Christina Reese Ziemann; his wife Jean; his siblings, Larry Ziemann and Amanda "Toots" Timmerman (Duane); and his niece Nancy Mervine.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn (Doug Jensen), Joan Ziemann Lupkes (John "Jay" Lupkes), Michael (Michelle Ziemann) and Timothy Ziemann of Mankato, MN. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
