He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilliam Thompson and Lena Thompson (Boland); his wife Audrey Kittelson; and his siblings, Donald Thompson, Gary Thompson, Willard Thompson and Doris Lomsdalen.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Thompson (Dawn) of Eden Prairie, MN and Ryan Thompson (Samantha) of Fargo, ND; his granddaughters, Chloe and Elizabeth Thompson; and his siblings, Jim Thompson (Doris), Robert Thompson, Shirley Knudson (Jon), Linda Gerner (Jerry) and Jan Phillips.
