It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell Harlan Ness of Lake Park, Minnesota, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Ness and Hilda Ness (Anderson); and his siblings, Irene, Gail and Arvid.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Mae; his daughters, Shelaine Ness (Rahul Bhatt), Brenda Fradet (Scott), DeAnna Motschenbacher and Cari Nesje (Nathan); his grandchildren, Rashad, Nadine, Tim, Shianne, Henry and Sen; and his siblings, Paulette Foss (Ron), Harold Ness (Diane) and Harvey Ness. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
