She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Bakke and Vivian Bakke (Poehls); her grandparents, Ernest and Mary Poehls; her husband Ray Carlson; her daughter Renee; her siblings, LaRue Flaa (Stenny) and Elroy Bakke; her siblings-in-law, Stenny Flaa, Bob Carlson, Larry Brueske, Charles Carlson and Karol Carlson; her nephew Robert Carlson; and her son-in-law Kevin Kimber.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Carlson (Susie McDowell), Susan Bertsch (Steve) and Amy Carlson (Jim Graff); her grandchildren, Jessica Halbakken (Tim), Molly Johnson (Mike), Jessica Skow (Cody), Courtney Pautzke (Damon), Jared Schwandt, Nick Bertsch, Levi Blinn (Tiffany), Denver Blinn, John O'Neill, Kit O'Neill (Methas Kornpipatna), Lynne O'Neill (Niko Babicic) and Carly O'Neill (Jack Wiedner); her great grandchildren, Palmer Halbakken, Sawyer Johnson, Josh Skow, Olivia Blinn and Uriah Pautzke; her siblings, Kay Mahar (Dave), Gayle Brueske and Gary Bakke; and her in-laws, Ruth Carlson, Dave Mahar, Ina Bakke and Gary Carlson (Marlys). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
