He is survived by: his brothers, Kevin Covey (Jennifer) of Moorhead, MN, Kirk Haugen and Detroit; and his nieces and nephews, Mariah Covey, Hunter Covey, Darby Hetzler (James), Kaida Haugen and Carter Haugen.
