He is survived by: his son James Anthony (Jeannie); his wife Gloria Ruth Olson of Mayville, ND; his sons, Timothy Husarik (Sylvia) and Shane Husarik (Christy); and his grandchildren, Ashlee Husarik, Kaylee Husarik, Taylor Husarik, Shane Matthew Husarik Jr., Nicholas Husarik, Eden Husarik and Jake Husarik.
