He was predeceased by: his parents, Einer Krogen and Inga Krogen (Haugen); and his siblings, Jerome, Arnold and Ellen.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Nelson; his daughters, Sandra Koel of Gardiner, MT and Susie Krogen; and his sister Caroline Frogness (Ron) of Cumberland, WI. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
