With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Ruud of Lake Lillian, Minnesota, who passed away on December 22, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Gerdes and Dorothy Gerdes (Beckman); her husband Donald Ruud; her grandson Nathan Ruud; her sisters, Alice Forcier (Bernard) and Doris Grussing (Daniel); and her siblings-in-law, Geneva Ruud, Norma and Royce Ruud.

She is survived by: her sons, LeRoy Ruud (Kathy) of Lake Lillian and Larry Ruud (Stephani) of Willmar; her grandchildren, Justin Ruud (Taryn) of Lake Lillian, Philip Ruud (Sarah) of Willmar, Tasha Ruud (Cole Stinson) of Fort Myers, FL, Haley Ruud (Trevor Nystrom) of St. Cloud and Hannah Ruud (Mitchell Olinger) of Willmar; and her great grandchildren, Hadley, Alithiya, Raelynn, Quentin, Taegan, Evelyn, Leslie, Adaline, Amelia and Ace. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
