He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Cermak and Frances Cermak; his sisters, Sylvia, Blanche and Wilma; his wife Betty; and his sons, Jimmy and Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Betty Christlieb (Harold) of Braham, MN, Carolyn Mertins (Karl-Heinz) of Moorhead, MN, Paul Cermak (Tina) of Lake George, MN, Lloyd Cermak (Rebecca) of Bemidji, MN and Steve Cermak (Celeste) of Bemidji, MN. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
