She was predeceased by: her father Gary Hoff; and her former husband Lee Branwall, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Matt Harty; her children, Nate Branwall, Matthew Harty and Melody Luebke (Paul); her mother Patty Hoff; and her brothers, Todd Hoff (Kathy) and Ryan Hoff (Melanie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
