He was predeceased by: his wife Freya; his parents, Leonard Kask and Effie Kask; his brother Glen; and his son-in-law Theodore.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Benson, Karen (Max) of Freitas and Gerald "Jerry"; and his siblings, Betty Garza and Allen "Bud". He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
