She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude A. Berry and Amelia Berry (Rono); her brother Lyle Berry (Sylvia); her siblings-in-law, Delta Keitzer (Harold), Esther Boeck (Anton) and Lorentz Gens (Norva); and her granddaughter Jody Vantine.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Gens; her children, Barb Vantine (James) and Rodney Gens (Brenda); her grandchildren, Terri Ingraham (Scott), Christa Kreutter (Lee), Katie Vantine, Jill Terrell (Dave), Darrin Gens (Lindsay) and Matt Gens (Lacy Wellman); and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Ella Ingraham, Ashlynn, Kaitlin Kreutter, Logan Gens and Weston Gens. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church-Madelia (406 W Main St, Madelia, MN 56062). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
