It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Mary Blachowske of Lake Crystal, Minnesota, born in Fairmont, Minnesota, who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Streit and Irene Streit (Toppenburg); and her sister Sheila "Peach" Chaffee. She is survived by: her husband Larry Blachowske; her daughters, Pamela Hopp (David), Jennifer Radtke (Ronald), Victoria Moon (Scott) and Kristine Blachowske (Scott Jones); her grandchildren, Michael Sutherland (Rachel Iverson) and Megan Sutherland (Alex Klug); her great grandchild Justine Welsch; and her siblings, Elaine Rosenberg (Vern), Janice Stanton (Mac), Marge Bute (Jim) and Steven Streit (Vicky). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
