He is survived by: his children, Ralph Neumann (Mary Beth Luca) of Dublin, OH, Doreen Neumann of Junction City, KS, Dale Neumann (Dawn) of Lake Crystal, John Neumann of Lake Crystal and Mary Norgaard (Charles) of Lake Crystal; and his brother Dean Neumann. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
