She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Heinrich and Theresia Schmiesing (Kickhafer). She is survived by: her husband Fred of Peter's Lutheran Church; her children, Matthew (Cheryl) of Lake Crystal, Mark (Karlyn) of Victoria, Luke (Aubrey) of Lake Crystal and Teresa (Richard) of Sandstone; her grandchildren, Max (Liz), Carter (Izi), Noah (Sarah), Chloe (Cole), Logan (Brianna), Lauren (David), Landon (Claire), Levi (Samantha), Alexis, Alex and Abby (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Sam, Ellie, Vera and Henry; and her siblings, Robert Schmiesing (Marge) of Vernon Center and Darlene Bokelman of Franklin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (211 E Robinson St, Lake Crystal, MN 56055). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorials may be given to the Zion Lutheran Church Building Fund.
