He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Webb and Wanda Webb (Berkler); and his sister Norma. He is survived by: his wife Carol Phillips; his children, Brad Webb (Barb) of Eagan, Brian Webb (Arlene) of Naples, Bob Webb (Jess) of New Ulm and Becki Becker (Dave) of Chaska; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Netzke (Sean), Abbie Webb, Jakob Lang, Kaylyn Noonan (Matthew), Alex Webb, Noah, Elise, Jake, Isabelle Webb, Michael Becker (Christy), Tony Becker and Joey Becker (Caiti); his great grandchildren, David and Brooklyn Becker; and his niece Bonnie Grussing (Arlyn).
