He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Harris (Bob) and Mildred Thompson Harris; his son Jeffrey Edward Harris; and his grandson Leif Gunderson. He is survived by: his cousin Dick; his wife Ruth Wolthoff Harris; his children, Jean Gunderson (Mark) of Winona, David Harris of Pine Creek, WI, Joan Harris, Melbourne, Mark Harris, Rich Harris (Patty), Robert Harris, Jr. (Pat Thrune) of Winona, Paul Harris (Linda) of Rollingstone, MN and Bryan Harris (LynMaree) of Lake City, MN.; his siblings, Bill Harris (Rosemary), Patricia Carroll of Cloquet, MN, Mary Arett (Charles) of Minong, WI and Tom Harris (Becky) of Lake City, MN; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Hakes-Hunter of Lake City. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Bob to Ronald McDonald House of Rochester, MN, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, or Mayo Hospice.
