He was predeceased by: his father Victor Holland. He is survived by: his mother Thelma Holland (Olson) of Kellogg; his wife Amy Holland; his children, Victor and Dorothy of Lake City; and his siblings, James Holland (Carol) of Minneapolis and Patti Holland (Donny) of Kellogg.

The family prefers memorials to "The Paul Holland Memorial Music Scholarship" in lieu of flowers.
