It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Bremer of Lake City, Minnesota, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Issendorf and Irene Issendorf (Brunkow); her daughter Angela Lee Bremer; her grandson Jake Howlett; and her brothers, David Issendorf and David Prigge.
She is survived by: her husband David Bremer; her children, Lori Ehlenfeldt (David), Merri Bremer (Scott Koon), Scott Bremer (Heather Mercer) and Kirk Bremer (Kate); her grandchildren, Derek Bremer, Devin Bremer, McKenna Bremer, Daria Koon, Jason Ehlenfeldt, Jessi Leichtnam, Michael Brumfield and Rob Swarn; and her great grandchildren, Landon and Zoey Leichtnam.
The family requests that donations to St. Croix Hospice be considered in lieu of flowers.
