She is survived by: her former husband Virgil Sanford; her husband Mike O'Flaherty; her children, Wayne Sanford (Sandy), Louie Sanford (Deb) and Brenda Green of Lake City; her siblings, Shirley Meincke, Sharon Henning (Robert), Kathy Roberts of Lake City, Charlotte Plank, Raymond Plank, John Plank (Janet), Jim Plank and Ronnie Plank (Sue); her sisters-in-law, Carol Plank and Marilyn Plank of Lake City; her brothers, Marvin Plank, Kenneth Plank, Eugene Plank and Francis Plank; and her son-in-law Bret Green.
