He is survived by: his children, Louise Mann (Wilson "Butch") of Lake City, Jeff Blattner of Lake City, James Blattner of Lake City and Kim Plote (Kevin) of Lake City; his siblings, Melvin Blattner (Pat) of Lake City and Jeanette Keyser of Red Wing; and his sister-in-law Eloise Blattner of Lake City. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
