He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Howe and Niada Howe (Zank); his wife Ann King; his son Bill; and his siblings, Lester, Leonard and Lucille.
He is survived by: his former wife Charmaine Kumfermane; his son Frank Howe of Ft. Dodge, IA; and his siblings, Larry Howe, Sr. (Elizabeth) of Lake City and Lois Hall of Bloomer, WI.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
