He is survived by: his spouse Jacquealine Davis; his parents, John Lewis and Marie Lewis of Lake City; his daughters, Vanessa Hartfield of Lake City, Amber Lewis of Rochester and Shantel Lewis of Lake City; his grandchildren, Jade, Maggie, Kaylea, Emma, Sophia, Alaina, Rylan and Kai; his siblings, Kay Hanson (Don) of Lake City, Karen Turnbell (Guy) of Lake City and Keith Lewis (Ann) of Lake City; and his fiancé Roxy Bartell of Red Wing. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews and many great nieces.
