He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lombard and Rose Lombard (Barth); and his son Chad. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Sommerfield of Lake City; his son Chuck of Lake City; his granddaughters, Kalli Lombard of Rochester, Sarah Lombard of Hammond and Kara Lombard of Brookport, IL; and his sister Betty Liffrig of Lake City. He is also survived by four brothers-in-law; one sister-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
