He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fox and Lois Fox (Witter). He is survived by: his fiancée Connie Plank; his daughter Lori Fox of Arkansas; his stepson Jeremy Plank (Marissa); his brother Ken Fox; and his nephew Trent Fox. He is also survived by 3 step-grandchildren.
