She was predeceased by: her father Gary Struckmann; and her brother Dennis. She is survived by: her mother Sandra Struckmann; her children, Michael Scott and Sara; her granddaughter Seirra; and her brothers, Phil (Kathy), Fred (Stacy) and Matt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Annette had been courageously battling early onset Alzheimer's disease for many years prior to her flight to be with the Lord. During her struggle, Alzheimer's could not take away Annette's love to laugh, her special bond with dogs, her love of soft pretty things, and the knowledge that her son Michael was her constant warrior.
