He is survived by: his wife Connie Wurst; his children, Hilary Lamb (Nolan) of Elmhurst, IL, Laura Carole (James) of Lake Zurich, IL and Blake Settle (Erin) of Lake City; his grandchildren, Miles, Claira Settle, Trevor, Micah and Eliana Lamb; his sisters, Barbara Bibly (Ken) of Elwood, IL, Audrey Gilbert of Chadwick, MO, Mary Worth of West Chicago, IL and Ann LaBarge (John) of Fairfax, VA; his stepsiblings, Sharon Jones (Neal) of Paris, TN and Edward Katzberg (Candis) of Amboy, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Wurst (Susan) of Roseville, MN, Allen Wurst of Frontenac, MN, John Wurst (Diane) of Lake City, MN and Donna Wurst of Lake City, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
